As the only oceanfront hotel in Dewey Beach, we've redesigned our rooms to make the most of our unique location. That means more windows to capture the beautiful natural light, ocean breeze and stunning views, and cozy spaces to let you take it all in.

Plush linens, ultra-comfortable beds, espresso machines and luxe toiletries are a few of the ways we've appointed our rooms with you in mind. To complement the sensory pleasures, our rooms have a SONIFI entertainment system featuring a diverse selection of HD TV channels, on-demand movies (including early releases) and seamless streaming from your personal devices.

All our rooms are non-smoking and most feature private balconies, except for fourth floor sundeck rooms whose windows face west. These rooms share easy access to breathtaking views from our awesome oceanfront sundeck, with entrances along a shared hallway leading out to the deck. Our ground floor Dune View rooms feature spacious private patios in lieu of balconies, and two are ADA compliant.
