September stay Great stay. Very clean, Nice rooms. Great views from common roof balcony on 4th floor. Great breakfasts. Great location. Nice pool but not heated. No elevator so get your exercise hauling luggage to upper floor rooms. Great location.

Wonderful couples getaway Lives up to the rating, this little gem close to the strip in Dewey, but also private and quiet for a romantic getaway. We will be back!

My second home at the Atlantic View Hotel This is a WONDERFUL little hotel. I love it just the way it is, needs no renovation to make me happier. But by next spring it may be even better

June Beach 🏖️ vacation Our vacation was great 👍 Tracy took good care of us and her staff.The breakfast was great love ❤️ the wine and cheese and cookies 🍪 at night will return in September

Great stay ! Amazing stay here at Atlantic View Hotel ! The room was very clean and the staff was so nice, especially Tamieka! Always happy to see us and say hello. Being right on the breach you can’t get anything better ! We will 100000% be back and bring all our family !

Peaceful and Pleasant Location and service excellent. Tasty breakfast choices. Room was good. Highly recommend oceanfront. Easy access to beach. Nice touches cookies, wine, cheese and crackers, beach chairs, towels and toiletries.

Great Hotel! An amazing place to stay at the beach! Tamieka was so friendly and knowledgeable! She answered all of our questions and made our stay such fun with her smile and upbeat personality! The warm chocolate chip cookies were a delicious treat at the end of every day!

Fantastic hotel with perfect location Atlantic View hotel is a friendly, clean, quiet and quaint hotel with convenient access to the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I will continue to book my future vacations here.

The Best I really love this place. It’s small and cozy with great views. I’ve stayed twice now and both times were exceptional! Their hospitality is outstanding. Tamieka in particular was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. Can’t wait to come back next summer!

Beachfront comfort We love staying at the Atlantic View. Can't beat the location, and the service and atmosphere are perfect for our family. It's clean and well-appointed. Our favorite rooms are oceanfront 1st floor. Steps to the beach!

Kind & patient front desk staff Kia, at the front desk, was super helpful & patient with us while trying to accommodate a special request for an upcoming reservation. While she wasn't able to resolve our request, we appreciated her kindness & efforts! We're looking forward to our stay!

Mini Getaway After completing my 15th year of teaching high school math I just needed a little weekend getaway and this place was perfect! I was on the first floor and there were flies but I believe maybe the dunes brought them. Other than that my stay was wonderful!

Cozy place on the beach The location on the beach is great. It is a little bit of a hike up the narrow staircase though. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beachy & friendly This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. It has a great beachy feel and is located right on the beach, with beach chairs. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town.

Weekday getaway The place is older as are most places in Dewey. But it has been taken care of. It has been freshly painted. And though the rooms and decks are small, we felt very comfortable. We will return.

Quick getaway Nice place to come to and just have a break from the daily hustle of life.Found this place when we made a wrong turn.It’s the best wrong turn we’ve ever made.Love coming back, hate leaving!

Best place to stay in Dewey! Because of every single thing Atlantic View ahs to offer, right down to the shampoo is excellent. Convenience, cleanliness, amazing staff, location, breakfast ..all of it.

Wonderful stay Very pleasant, cozy beachfront hotel. Room decor was so pleasing. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only criticism is that there is no elevator and that the bathroom space is tight.

Weekend at the beach Wonderful overall stay with exceptional service and prime location. Can't wait to stay again!! Oceanfront view rooms are top tier and witnessing the dolphins swim almost every morning was an added plus. Fresh baked cookies were also phenomenal!!!

Great Hotel Staff is outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. They gave great service and I will definitely be back! Breakfast was outstanding and the room was clean and comfortable. Great location right by the beach and plenty of restaurants to walk to.

Staying in Dewey Beach The Atlantic View is great. I have stayed here for over 30 years. Food great and extra treats in evening. Staff wonderful. No elevator kind of a problem for us old folks. That's about the only problem. Right on beach. Love it!

Best Seaside Hotel We visit every year. Love the walk along the beach to Rehoboth and enjoy going to the nearby outlets. We LOVE the ocean view and have seen frolicking dolphins in the morning as well as the spectacular sunrises.

A perfect long weekend! We had stayed here two years earlier in Nov. 2021, but the hotel has been beautifully updated! Rashell was wonderul and very helpful, as were all the staff. The Atlantic View is a true treasure we'll be back!

Thumbs up Great location, friendly service. Breakfast is wonderful, especially Beth's oatmeal! There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and you can't beat the proximity to the beach and chairs/towels available.

Wonderful! Everything was perfect. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Our room was sparkling clean. The service couldn’t have been better, comfortable beds, and an amazing breakfast. Beth, Mary, and Jason are the best!

Great weekend getaway! The hotel is not new, and it's not fancy, but I enjoyed my stay so much! The staff was friendly and the wine & cheese, chocolate chip cookies, and breakfast was fantastic. I will be staying there again!

Fall 3 day weekend A wonderful hidden treasure. Free parking, wonderful location, friendly staff. A great breakfast everyday. Come back for wine and cheese and crackers in the evening and then warm cookies at 8 pm. Easy to get around to all the beaches to explore.
